Privacy, in plain language

When you sign up for the brief, we collect your email address. That is the whole list.

It is used solely to send you the weekly brief. It is never sold, rented, shared, or traded. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you; there is no winback sequence and no re-add.

The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics beyond the hosting platform's own aggregate counters (Cloudflare).

The brief is compiled from public records: county and municipal agendas, application portals, and staff reports. Names that appear in issues (applicants, counsel, owners of record) come from those public filings.

Questions, corrections, or a removal request: brief@dirtdocket.com.

DirtDocket is an intelligence publication. Nothing in the brief is an offer of brokerage, legal, or investment services.
